This week’s mix
It's like a mystery box of colour and flavour. You'll never get bored with this classic micogreen salad mix.

Typically you'll find some pea shoots, buckwheat, broccoli and a small amount of mustard in this mix. Each week the amounts of each may vary and for a dash of colour we'll add some radish or kohlrabi.

Sometimes we add a dash of sunflower shoots. A little bit of a specialty crop has been known to find it's way into this mix as well.
