This white mushroom has the texture of lobster but has a flavour unique to itself. Always a winner even for those who aren't necessarily fans of Mushrooms.

Lions Mane Mushrooms can be sliced and sautéed with butter and garlic. Try them roasted and add as a side dish or into a salad.
